Ever notice? How certain people (you know the ones)... "go silent" because they're well-aware of their GUILT! Moreover, those same individuals (usually) don't give a rat's ass about anything (nor anyone), but themselves. Me thinks that France had it RIGHT all those years ago. Let's roll-out a "guillotine" for use at public executions...
